1. Introduction
Welcome to Soul Colour. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our services, including painting and decorating, wallpapering, colour consultancy, project management, and interior design. By engaging with our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services
Soul Colour provides professional services in painting and decorating, wallpapering, colour consultancy, project management, and interior design. All services are subject to availability and agreement on project scope and pricing.

3. Quotations & Payments
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.A deposit may be required before work commences, with the remaining balance due upon completion.Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.Payments must be made within the agreed timeframe, as stated in the invoice.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule services with a minimum of 7 days' notice.Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled start date may incur a cancellation fee.If Soul Colour needs to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide as much notice as possible.

5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure access to the property during agreed working hours.Any necessary permissions or approvals (e.g., landlord consent) must be obtained before work begins.Clients must remove personal belongings from work areas before the start of a project.

6. Materials & Quality Assurance
Soul Colour ensures the use of high-quality materials and professional workmanship.Any materials supplied by the client must be fit for purpose.We are not responsible for defects in client-supplied materials.

7. Liability & Insurance
While we take every precaution to protect your property, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or structural issues.We hold public liability insurance to cover damages caused by our work.Any claims must be reported in writing within 7 days of project completion.

8. Delays & Unforeseen Issues
If unforeseen circumstances (e.g., adverse weather, supply chain delays) impact the project timeline, we will communicate promptly and propose alternative solutions.Soul Colour is not liable for delays outside our control.

9. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
Any concerns should be raised within 7 days of project completion.We will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues promptly and professionally.If a resolution cannot be reached, mediation may be considered before legal action.

10. Intellectual Property
Any design concepts, plans, or recommendations provided by Soul Colour remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.Clients may not reproduce, share, or modify designs without permission.

11. Amendments to Terms
Soul Colour reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will be available on our website.

12. Governing Law
